Service management for application incidents and requests was formalized through Freshservice, which was deployed to replace a prior service desk tool and expanded to onboard other departments using request forms and automated workflows. Governance and process changes were instituted through ITIL processes, including change control, asset management and problem management applied across IT Operations, which governed how Acumatica Cloud ERP changes, incidents and asset tracking were handled. The end user support organization emphasized hiring, mentoring and standard operating procedures, and those operational practices contributed to greatly improved user satisfaction while maintaining primary support responsibilities for Acumatica Cloud ERP.

The mailroom scope covered company wide shipping needs and staffed operations where one primary operator managed mailroom activity and allocated work for two additional employees as needed. Governance and process changes focused on inventory control, scheduling equipment maintenance and troubleshooting device failures to minimize wasted time with service repair appointments. Detailed handoff and record keeping practices were established to ensure shipping costs could be tracked and billed to the appropriate departments, preserving auditability for finance and operational teams.
