In 2022, Groupe Luminess deployed Adobe After Effects within its Production Operations department to support creation of client-facing digital learning content. The deployment placed Adobe After Effects at the center of the Video Editing toolset used to produce motion design, animated sequences, and integrated multimedia assets for pedagogical modules.
The implementation focused on core video editing and compositing capabilities, authoring motion graphics, preparing animated assets for export, and sequencing media to fit interactive instructional scenarios. Adobe After Effects was used in concert with Articulate 360 products such as Storyline and Rise, Genial.ly, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and 3ds max to create source assets, build interactive slides, and package media for elearning delivery.
Operational integration covered the Production Operations team and instructional designers who convert pedagogical scenarios into interactive modules, including quiz integration and iterative QA testing. Output workflows were aligned to Moodle type LMS deployment and authoring tool import formats, enabling content packaging, testing, verification, and correction before client delivery.
Governance emphasized adherence to client charters and graphic standards, explicit test and verification steps, and coordinated project-level rollouts to manage simultaneous client engagements. The staffing profile specified a multimedia license holder with experience in elearning integration, motion design, and the Adobe suite to maintain consistent production quality and governance across modules.
