Governance centered on embedding payroll operational ownership within the HR payroll team, monitoring dismissal processes including severances and compensation, and maintaining registries of registrations and cancellations to align payroll execution with employee lifecycle events. Ongoing operational duties were staffed by the payroll analyst role who managed weekly processing, reconciliations, and support to compensation and benefits during the documented period.
