In 2012, Grupo MAS implemented Tier1 Attractor ERP as an ERP Financial solution to consolidate business management across its retail, distribution, manufacturing, and corporate finance functions. The deployment was scoped for an organization with approximately 3000 employees and 320000000 in annual revenue, targeting centralized financial controls across the companyÕs stores and distribution footprint in Spain.
The Tier1 Attractor ERP implementation included core financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and treasury, alongside operational modules for inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, production planning, and retail commerce functionality. Configuration emphasized chart of accounts harmonization, Spanish tax and statutory reporting, inventory valuation workflows, and production bill of materials and shop floor scheduling appropriate for combined retail and manufacturing operations. Tier1 Attractor ERP functioned as the ERP Financial backbone for Grupo MASÕs cross-functional processes.
Operational coverage extended to corporate finance, store operations, supply chain, and production units, with governance established to centralize financial policy, enforce role based access controls, and define standardized order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report workflows. Rollout followed phased validation and localized statutory configuration for Spain, accompanied by targeted training for finance and store teams to standardize execution. Tier1 lists Supermercados Mas among reference customers for Attractor ERP.
