| Bling | Legacy | Bling ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017, Grupo Polar implemented Bling ERP as an ERP Financial application to bring core distribution activities under a single financial and operational record. The deployment targeted sales, e-commerce operations, purchasing, inventory management, shipping preparation, and customer service workflows for the company. Bling ERP was configured to handle inventory control and purchase order processing, with explicit use for issuing internal orders and issuing NF. The implementation included barcode registration with CNP to standardize item identification and to feed stock control and purchase-to-pay workflows. Operationally the Bling ERP implementation was aligned with the companys e-commerce channels, including Woocommerce on WordPress and Mercado Livre sales platforms, to coordinate order intake, shipping preparation, and stock updates. Customer support activities such as monitoring calls for sales and order issue resolution were linked to ERP order records to maintain a single source of transaction truth. Governance and process restructuring focused on standardizing barcode registration, centralizing issuance of internal orders, and consolidating NF issuance into Bling ERP to enforce consistent order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay procedures across distribution and fulfillment functions. |
