In 2024 Grupo Skill Brazil implemented Benner HR as its Core HR platform for the Brazil organization, centralizing HR and payroll operations. The Benner HR deployment focused on unifying time capture, referred to as ponto, with payroll processing, folha, to create a single, consistent payroll close workflow and to centralize employee time and compensation data for HR and payroll teams.
The implementation used Benner HR payroll and time modules to replace disparate manual steps and to standardize payroll closing procedures across the HR and payroll functions. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout within the Brazil organization, consolidating timekeeping and payroll processing into Benner HR and shifting operational ownership to the HR payroll team. As reported, the integrated Benner HR implementation reduced payroll closing from multiple days to roughly one day and cut operational effort by about 70 percent, improving HR productivity.
