| OneStream Software LLC | Legacy | OneStream XF | EPM | EPM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Grupo Traxion implemented OneStream XF to centralize financial consolidation and reporting across its 32 legal entities. OneStream XF is an EPM platform deployed on OneStream's Cloud that was selected to unify disparate reporting processes that had relied heavily on Excel and to harmonize data coming from multiple ERPs including SAP and Oracle.
Phase 1 of the implementation focused on financial close and consolidation and was completed in approximately six months, delivering a multi-consolidation process for both financial and management data. The build included configuration of a single chart of accounts mapping layer, transactional drillback to source entries, and the ability to load budgets from Excel for actuals versus budget reporting, supporting roughly 65 named users.
Integrations were implemented between Grupo Traxion's various data sources and the OneStream Cloud to automate data collection and mapping, enabling consolidated reporting across the companys auto transport and logistics operating segments. The deployment also incorporated OneStream MarketPlace solutions, initially Guided Reporting and Task Manager, with planned adoption of the IFRS16 Lease Accounting solution, and a Phase 2 roadmap to combine non financial and financial data and later extend budgeting and forecasting.
Governance changes accompanied the technical rollout, centralizing control over the consolidated chart of accounts and standardizing month end procedures previously handled by regional controllers using Excel formulas. Task Manager was used to instrument and track the close and consolidation workflow, and intercompany reconciliation capabilities were enabled so individual entities could reconcile balances prior to month close.
Reported outcomes included a reduction in the close cycle from five days to two to three days and improved transparency and audit readiness through drill down access to entity level details. Grupo Traxion also cited cost and value benefits from using OneStream MarketPlace solutions, and noted improved confidence in consolidated financial results as the platform became the single point of truth for reporting.
