In 2020, GSFS Group implemented In-House Insurance Billing Management to centralize dealer-facing contract administration and billing workflows. The deployment was delivered through GSFS Group's Online Contract Administration platform, OnRamp!, positioning the In-House Insurance Billing Management application within the Insurance Billing Administration category and supporting dealer contract lifecycle and remittance functions.
The implementation configured core functional modules including eRating, eContracting, contract look up, cancellation inquiry, online reporting tools and Online Billing Statements, and it supported quote management, contract entry and administration of F&I products. The In-House Insurance Billing Management application orchestration included billing statement generation, remittance processing workflows and online contract administration capabilities that align with standard Insurance Billing Administration processes.
Operational integrations explicitly extended to dealership systems such as DMS integrated reporting and dealer desking software, and the platform exposed a Dealer Executive Dashboard, eMenu Solutions and an Online GAP Portal to align front end selling tools with back end billing. Governance centered on centralized online contract administration and reporting, standardizing contracting, lookup and cancellation inquiry workflows across dealership F&I operations. GSFS Group reported that OnRamp and the In-House Insurance Billing Management arrangement improves accuracy, contracting and remittance processes.
