In 2013 Gulf Craft United Arab Emirates deployed Focus i. The Focus i deployment is an ERP Financial implementation to automate finance, inventory and manufacturing processes across its UAE and Maldives facilities.
Implementation scope centered on manufacturing, inventory and financial modules, with configuration to support shop floor integration and device-level data capture through barcode and biometric integrations. In 2013 Gulf Craft United Arab Emirates deployed Focus MRP, part of Focus Softnet's Manufacturing ERP, across its UAE production yards. The initial implementation targeted manufacturing, inventory, costing and supply-chain operations and was later upgraded to Focus i to extend shop-floor and financial capabilities.
The implementation concentrated on Focus MRP modules for material requirements planning, production orders and shop-floor control, inventory management and cost accounting, with configuration for bill of materials driven routing and work order sequencing. Focus MRP was configured to support shop-floor data collection and real-time costing workflows consistent with Manufacturing ERP functional patterns.
Barcode and biometric integrations were implemented for shop-floor capture and operator authentication, providing traceability and attendance feeds into production records. The project covered manufacturing, inventory and finance processes across Gulf Craft United Arab Emirates production yards and extended process coverage in the MENA region.
Rollout included centralized process standardization, revised shop-floor workflows and governance for inventory valuation and production costing, enabling operations and finance teams to align on a single source of production truth. The deployment improved real-time costing and production visibility and delivered measurable operational improvements as described in the vendor case.
