Operational coverage included finance, SCM and HR departments in Qatar, with the implementation team providing ongoing support and integration maintenance for Oracle Cloud ERP and other internal systems and resolving ERP related issues within target SLAs. Integrations were treated as operational components, with the team accountable for support, troubleshooting and continuity of data flows between Oracle Cloud ERP and adjacent systems. Governance focused on mapping existing GDI business processes to standard Oracle cloud and E-Business Suite processes, negotiating replacement of custom application screens with standard application capabilities or OBIEE dashboards and reports, and establishing process ownership and change control for future configuration and extension requests.

Operational scope emphasized maintenance, procurement and inventory control processes across newly commissioned rigs, with the implementation designed to standardize work order lifecycle, preventive maintenance scheduling and procurement workflows. Governance measures included CRP validation with business stakeholders, master data templates to enforce consistency, and structured test case execution to support controlled rollout and handover to operations.
