StoreFeeder Legacy StoreFeeder Inventory Management Inventory Management SCM n/a 2025 2025
In 2025 H2eCommerce United Kingdom implemented StoreFeeder Inventory Management to centralise inventory and warehouse operations across its Crewe facility and broader UK fulfilment footprint. The deployment used StoreFeeder Inventory Management within the Inventory Management category to provide a unified control point for multi-channel order orchestration and warehouse management style processes. The implementation leveraged StoreFeeder's WMS and inventory-management functionality to render the Crewe warehouse paperless and to digitise pick and pack workflows, enabling real-time stock visibility and centralized order reservation. Configuration emphasized multi-channel order fulfilment, order batching, location level stock control and routing to the Crewe site, supporting operational peaks of around 6,000 orders per day as described in the vendor video case study. StoreFeeder Inventory Management’s standard inventory workflows were applied to improve fulfilment accuracy and scale throughput rapidly. Operational scope was UK focused, with changes concentrated in warehouse and fulfilment operations and order management teams at the Crewe site. Rollout included governance updates to centralised fulfilment processes and operational process change to paperless picking, with configuration and staffing alignment to sustain peak volumes. The vendor video case study documents rapid operational scaling and improved fulfilment accuracy as the primary outcomes of the implementation.
