In 2023, Our Habitas implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP, deploying NetSuite Financials First and OneWorld as part of an ERP Financial rollout to support a multi-entity hospitality group. The program was executed on a rapid three month timeline and covered a 32 subsidiary structure to centralize financial processing and statutory reporting.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment centered on core financials configurations, with SuiteTax enabled to meet complex tax requirements. A Mexican localisation was implemented in the local language to satisfy regional tax and statutory requirements, and the implementation included Chart of Accounts and segmentation updates to align global reporting and entity level accounting.
Macrofin led the technical delivery and supported complex data migration activities, conducting detailed data reviews and imports to populate transactional and master data across subsidiaries. The scope focused on accounting and tax compliance workflows, data consolidation for multi‑entity reporting, and configuration of NetSuite OneWorld to manage intercompany and entity segmentation.
Project governance was structured around a dedicated project manager and lead consultant, with Fraser serving as project manager and Irit as lead consultant, providing sustained implementation guidance after earlier partner attempts had not reached go live. Governance activities included migration oversight, configuration sign off, and staged cutover coordination to achieve a single global financial system.
The implementation reached go live and was described by Habitas as a success, with the customer citing strong support from Macrofin and the project team. The NetSuite Financials First and OneWorld implementation with SuiteTax and Mexican localisation constituted the core ERP Financial capability delivered to the business.
