Governance and operational processes were formalized around weekly orientation delivery, maintenance of personnel and benefits medical files, management of I9s and self identification binders, and procedural handling of leave of absence cases including COVID 19 related LOA and contact tracing knowledge applied by HR staff during 2019 to 2021.
