Pickit Legacy Pickit Platform Digital Asset Management Content Management n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Haglöfs implemented the Pickit Platform, a Digital Asset Management application, to centralize seasonal marketing assets and streamline distribution across its global channels. The deployment targeted Marketing and Brand business functions and focused on organizing product and seasonal collections for use by in-house teams, partners and dealers. The implementation explicitly used Pickit Brand and Pickit Boards to structure assets by season and campaign, establishing curated collections, metadata taxonomy and searchability. Configuration work included cataloging assets into boards, applying brand governance controls and enabling role based access for marketing contributors and external channel users. Integrations were implemented with Microsoft and Dropbox to support content ingestion and to surface approved assets into productivity workflows and partner distribution points. Operational coverage emphasized marketing and brand teams, while distribution workflows extended asset access to partners and dealer networks. Governance centered on brand led collections and controlled board access to maintain consistency across channels, with rollout activities described in the vendor case study focused on onboarding marketing teams and provisioning partners. The project increased asset usage and simplified distribution to partners and dealers as reported in the Pickit case study.
