In 2016, HAI Group implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP to centralize finance operations under an ERP Financial program and to modernize accounting workflows across the organization. The initial implementation was led by the Corporate Controller and a 4-person project team, with scope targeting consolidated financial reporting for the organization and support for the companys multi-entity structure spanning 12 legal entities and roughly 150 employees.
The deployment focused on core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, multi-entity accounting, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting, and variance analysis.
