Acumatica Legacy Acumatica Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, HAI Group implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP to centralize finance operations under an ERP Financial program and to modernize accounting workflows across the organization. The initial implementation was led by the Corporate Controller and a 4-person project team, with scope targeting consolidated financial reporting for the organization and support for the companys multi-entity structure spanning 12 legal entities and roughly 150 employees. The deployment focused on core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, multi-entity accounting, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting, and variance analysis. HAI Group also implemented a Travel and Expense system integrated with Acumatica Cloud ERP to capture employee expenditures and automate expense reporting, improving transactional automation and control. Governance was finance led, with the Corporate Controller driving departmental restructuring and tighter internal controls concurrent with the ERP rollout. The project progressed through an initial phase concentrating on core finance capabilities and expense automation, enabling clearer ownership of month end close tasks and centralized transactional reconciliation processes across legal entities. Operational coverage of Acumatica Cloud ERP encompassed the finance and accounting functions responsible for statutory and management reporting, accounts processing and treasury activities, and it supported process standardization across sites. The implementation delivered measurable automation improvements for approximately 150 employees and introduced strengthened internal controls and cost reduction measures as part of the broader ERP Financial initiative.
