Operational coverage included Haidilao’s member mall and external retail channel listing, the Tmall flagship store, where the Eggplant Star Doll Series blind boxes were officially pre-sold beginning March 30. The rollout therefore spanned e-commerce, marketing and membership functions, enabling coordinated pre-sale merchandising, customer engagement through collectible ownership, and channel-level fulfillment coordination between Haidilao’s member mall and Tmall storefronts. Governance was oriented toward cultural and collection attributes rather than financial trading, reflecting an issuance model based on alliance chain principles and explicit adherence to weakened transactional characteristics. Haidilao’s use of AntChain Platform as the Blockchain Platform created a persistent on-chain record for each collectible, supporting marketing and product strategies aimed at younger consumers while preserving regulatory-friendly issuance controls.
