| Syspedia Technologies | Legacy | Syspedia TEA ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017 Haldia Petrochemicals deployed Syspedia TEA ERP in an ERP Financial context to implement an automated petrol-pump retail fueling solution at its Haldia site in West Bengal, India. The implementation targeted diesel fueling operations for transporters, contractors and employees and concentrated on retail and operations automation rather than core ERP functional overhaul. The Syspedia TEA ERP deployment instrumented retail automation capabilities including point of sale transaction capture, pump dispensing control and transaction logging, shift and cashier management, and automated collection recording. Syspedia TEA ERP was configured to generate transactional receipts and structured sales records, aligning operational workflows with standard retail reconciliation processes common to fuel retail automation. Integrations were implemented to surface sales and collection records into downstream finance processes, enabling posting and reconciliation within the companys ERP Financial workflows as inferred from the automation scope. Operational coverage was the Haldia site with business functions impacted including transport operations, contractor fueling administration, employee fueling and corporate finance, and the rollout required new reconciliation and cash control procedures to govern retail fueling transactions. |
