Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 Hall & Prior implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial backbone to centralize accounting across the provider group. The deployment targeted financial consolidation and control across 25 residential aged care homes as well as in-home and community care programs operating in Western Australia and New South Wales. The engagement emphasized Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as the primary ERP Financial application for core finance functions and statutory reporting within the Australian regulatory context. The implementation configured standard financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, budgeting and financial reporting. Configuration work included a multi-entity chart of accounts and cost center design aligned to each residential site and community program, plus role based security and segregation of duties to support centralized finance governance. The project applied typical ERP Financial workflows for month end close, intercompany postings and consolidated reporting to align site level transactions to corporate financial statements. Architecturally the rollout used a centralized Microsoft Dynamics 365 tenant model to unify ledgers and enable consolidated financial visibility across WA and NSW locations. Integrations were implemented using Dynamics 365 data entities and APIs to ingest operational financial feeds where required, enabling transactional capture from site operations into the centralized financial ledger. Operational coverage focused on finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement workflows, with configuration to reflect aged care billing and funding cycles. Governance was oriented toward shared services style finance operations with standardized accounting policies and formalized month end procedures across sites. Rollout followed a phased approach by region and site groups, accompanied by finance team training and role based access controls to enforce compliance and consistent transaction handling.

Humanforce Legacy Humanforce Time and Attendance (formerly TimeTarget) Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Hall & Prior implemented Humanforce Time and Attendance (formerly TimeTarget) as a national workforce management program in Australia. The Humanforce Time and Attendance deployment addressed core Time and Attendance needs across rostering and scheduling, time capture and biometrics, payroll alignment, compliance and human resources workflows for a workforce of about 2,100 employees. The implementation concentrated on functional modules typical of the Time and Attendance category, including rules-driven rostering and scheduling, biometric time capture and enrollment, automated time aggregation for payroll processing, and compliance reporting capabilities for workforce regulation. Configuration work included roster rule sets, time and attendance exception handling, biometric device onboarding, and setup of payroll-ready time export formats to support payroll and HR downstream processing. Operational coverage was defined as a national rollout with scope spanning central workforce planners, payroll teams and HR operations, ensuring the application supported scheduling and time capture across sites. Integrations and handoffs were structured to feed payroll and human resources processes, and the Humanforce Time and Attendance system was positioned as the primary time capture and rostering source of truth. Governance emphasized end to end project management, with responsibility for scope, procurement, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, risk, communications and stakeholder management. Project leadership worked with the vendor to ensure commercial compliance and adherence to project objectives, executed change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance, managed communications to prepare stakeholders for product handover, and provided regular reports to the Project Steering Committee, CEO and Board.
