In 2022, Hansefit Germany implemented HRWorks Absence Management to centralize leave request processing and employee self-service across its HR organization. HRWorks Absence Management, an Absence and Leave Management application, was rolled out across nearly all HR functions to simplify leave requests and other routine HR tasks and to increase usability and adoption.
The implementation encompassed the HRWorks absence module and adjacent self-service capabilities, including configured leave request workflows, approval routing for managers, absence recording and personnel-facing portals for requests and balances. Configuration centered on streamlining request flows and harmonizing personnel data within the HRWorks tenant to reduce duplicate entry and to support personnel administration and time-off accounting workflows.
Rollout focused on HR processes and employee self-service within Germany, with HR and managers as primary operational stakeholders and with user onboarding and change communications to encourage uptake. The deployment delivered improved usability and adoption with reported positive user acceptance. This established Hansefit Germany HRWorks Absence Management as the Absence and Leave Management solution supporting HR and employee self-service.
