Asseco Business Solutions Legacy Asseco Wapro ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management X-com 2017 2017
In 2017, Happet Poland implemented Asseco Wapro ERP. The deployment included Wapro Mag, Wapro Mobile, Wapro B2C and an integrated warehouse management system to standardize sales, warehouse and logistics processes across its Poland operations. The implementation targeted core distribution functions, aligning the Asseco Wapro ERP with order management, inventory control and dispatch workflows. Modules were configured to handle stock ledger, picking and packing transactions, mobile barcode-supported warehouse operations, and B2C order capture and fulfillment, reflecting standard ERP and WMS functional patterns. Wapro Mobile enabled handheld picking and dispatch confirmations, while Wapro Mag provided inventory and warehouse bin management and Wapro B2C managed customer-facing order flows. This configuration supported operational workflows for order-to-cash and goods movement within distribution operations. The system rollout was delivered by SI/VAR X-com and documented in the vendor and partner case study which describes module usage and implementation details. Implementation and training were completed within months, indicating a rapid phased rollout and operational enablement for warehouse and sales teams. Operational scope remained in Poland and impacted sales, warehouse and logistics business functions. Post-implementation outcomes documented in the case study include improved warehouse throughput and reduced picking and dispatch errors, together with faster order fulfilment and better inventory control. Governance aspects focused on training and process standardization to embed the Asseco Wapro ERP and WMS workflows into daily operations.
