In 2022, HappyFresh integrated the Delyva Multi-Courier Delivery Platform as its Delivery Management solution to automate order processing for its Malaysia operations. The Delyva Multi-Courier Delivery Platform was embedded into HappyFresh Malaysia's delivery stack to connect the online ordering system to third-party couriers and to centralize last mile orchestration for e commerce deliveries.
The implementation configured core Delivery Management capabilities including courier aggregation and delivery orchestration, with automated order intake from the marketplace and programmatic allocation of shipments to aggregated courier partners. Configuration work focused on rules based allocation and dispatch workflows, real time order handoff, and service level parameters to support pick up, routing, and fulfillment sequencing under the delivery orchestration module.
Operational scope concentrated on delivery operations and logistics teams in Malaysia, aligning marketplace order flows with third party courier networks through API based connectors and centralized dispatch logic. Governance centered on operationalizing automated handoffs and delivery allocation policies between marketplace operations and courier partners, and reported outcomes included reduced order processing time and optimized delivery allocation as part of the deployment.
