Operational governance embedded McQuaig profiles into HARTZ Search screening, onboarding, and coaching processes, creating a consistent profile driven workflow for executive placements. HARTZ reports a roughly 92% executive placement retention rate and continues to use McQuaig Word Survey profiles for onboarding and coaching to support long term placement success.
