In 2008 Hawks Ridge Golf Club contracted Cybergolf to custom design and host its website and to deploy Cybergolf Email Marketing. Hawks Ridge Golf Club implemented Cybergolf Email Marketing as a Marketing Automation solution to support marketing and e-commerce functions for the facility in Ball Ground, Georgia, in the Southeast United States. The engagement combined site design, hosting, and a vendor-hosted email newsletter platform provisioned by Cybergolf.
The Cybergolf Email Marketing deployment delivered hosted newsletter and campaign management capabilities, subscriber list capture integrated into the club website, template-driven creative management, and lead capture workflows intended to feed marketing lists. Configuration work focused on aligning newsletter templates and capture forms with the club s promotional calendar and e-commerce touchpoints, enabling email-driven promotions for tee times and pro shop offerings. Implementation emphasized standard Marketing Automation workflows such as list segmentation, campaign scheduling, and hosted content delivery.
Operational scope was single-site, centered on the club s marketing and e-commerce functions, with governance exercised by the club s marketing stakeholders managing campaigns and subscriber lists within the hosted Cybergolf Email Marketing application. The system was explicitly positioned to capture leads and generate new revenue streams for the facility, with hosting and ongoing campaign management provided as part of the vendor engagement.
