Operational coverage remained focused on the ecommerce and listing operations functions, using consolidated marketplace data to plan product cadence and prioritize marketplace launches. Governance and process change emphasized analytics-driven listing workflows, with the ecommerce team using Zentail Business Analytics outputs to sequence marketplace submissions and to monitor SKU health post-launch. The project aligned reporting ownership with listing operations and marketplace program management to sustain rapid marketplace expansion and cross-channel visibility.
