Deltek Legacy Deltek Vision ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 Healthcare Design & Construction implemented Deltek Vision as its primary ERP Financial application to centralize accounting and intercompany posting for a mid-sized construction firm. The deployment positioned Deltek Vision to serve core financial management and project accounting functions, aligning the application with accounting, project finance, and corporate reporting workflows. Deltek Vision was configured to support general ledger processing, intercompany journal entry workflows, accounts payable and receivable controls, and reconciliation procedures typical of construction-focused ERP Financial systems. Configuration emphasized structured intercompany journals and standardized chart of accounts mapping to ensure consistent posting across projects and corporate books. The implementation included integration work to process all intercompany journal entries and reconciliations to Timberline and the Deltek Accounting System, establishing interfaces and reconciliation exports between systems. Operational coverage centered on the accounting and project finance teams, with data flows designed to move transactional journals from project-level records into the centralized Deltek Vision ledger for company-wide consolidation and reconciliations with Timberline data. Governance changes introduced formalized reconciliation ownership, approval routing for intercompany postings, and documented accounting procedures to support ongoing intercompany maintenance. These controls were implemented to stabilize month end close and to provide auditable trails for intercompany adjustments within the Deltek Vision ERP Financial environment.

Sage Legacy Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) Construction ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Healthcare Design & Construction implemented Sage 300CRE (ex Timberline) as its Construction ERP to centralize accounts payable and job cost tracking within its accounting operations. The deployment focused on AP capture and job number assignment workflows that support construction project accounting for the firm. The implementation used Sage 300CRE AP capabilities to receive invoices for payment selection, while invoice capture and document management were handled in PVault. Daily coding of miscellaneous invoices occurred in Sage 300CRE with routing to the company President for approval and job number assignment, and subcontractor invoices were scanned into PVault to begin an approval workflow. Integration patterns were operationally simple and process oriented, invoices were input into PVault and routed to different approvers for verification of purchase order instructions and confirmation that contracted work was completed, and once PVault documentation was completed the file was routed to the President for final approval. After presidential approval the approved invoice record or supporting documents were uploaded into the Timberline AP module inside Sage 300CRE for selection and payment processing. Governance centered on multi-step approval routing and document state control, with PVault acting as the document repository and workflow engine and Sage 300CRE serving as the financial ledger and accounts payable system of record. The implementation explicitly mapped invoice intake, PO verification, approval escalation to the President, and final payment selection, providing clear operational controls across accounting and executive approval workflows.

Paperless Environments Legacy Paperless Environments pVaulT Enterprise Content Management Content Management n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Healthcare Design & Construction implemented Paperless Environments pVaulT as its Enterprise Content Management solution to support accounts payable and subcontractor invoice processing. Paperless Environments pVaulT was deployed to centralize document capture, index invoice metadata, and enforce routing for approval and job number assignment across accounting workflows. The implementation configured imaging and capture workflows that code miscellaneous invoices on a daily cadence and route those records to the company President for job number assignment and approval. Subcontractor invoices are scanned and ingested into Paperless Environments pVaulT, then routed to designated approvers with business rules that validate purchase order instructions and confirm that contracted work was completed before advancing. Operationally the system is used by the accounting team, approvers in project management and executive approval in the President role, supporting end to end AP document flow. After the approval chain inside Paperless Environments pVaulT is complete and documentation status is set to approved, invoice documents are uploaded to Timberline AP to be selected for payment, creating a handoff between the Enterprise Content Management layer and the AP payment system. Governance for the solution centers on configured approval workflows, role based routing rules, and documented completion states within pVaulT, ensuring that each invoice record contains approval evidence and job number attribution before it leaves the ECM system. The implementation emphasizes structured capture, indexed archival, routed approvals, and a controlled export point into Timberline AP for payment selection.
