External integrations were established with American Express for corporate card data flows and ImageNow for document imaging and receipt capture, maintaining transaction continuity between expense capture and financial posting. Operational coverage included finance, accounts payable, and HR processing across HealthSouth facilities. Governance and rollout included centralized planning and staged delivery to manage custom approval rules and access control changes, along with updated expense processing procedures to reflect the new approval hierarchy. A status report was produced one year after going live to document program progress and operational status.
