Transactional feeds and reporting outputs were organized to deliver consolidated management information to UK based teams as well as to regional and country office stakeholders. Governance and process changes included collaborative development and improvement of financial policies and procedures with UK based teams, and the establishment of standardized reporting workflows and budget production processes. The implementation therefore connected Infor SunSystems, organisational budgeting practices, and Vision reporting to create a consistent finance platform for HelpAge International.
