| eClinicalWorks | Legacy | eClinicalWorks healow Genie AI | Call Center | CRM | n/a | 2025 | 2025 | In 2025, Hendry Regional Medical Center implemented eClinicalWorks healow Genie AI to support Call Center and clinical documentation workflows, while concurrently deploying Sunoh.ai as an AI medical scribe integrated with the eClinicalWorks EHR via the eClinicalTouch 4 app. The deployment targeted provider documentation capture across outpatient, inpatient, and 24/7 emergency services at the Clewiston, Florida facility, aligning clinical encounter capture with front‑office and revenue cycle touchpoints. Configuration centered on AI medical scribe capabilities that convert patient provider conversations into structured notes, generate HPI content and populate the appropriate sections of progress notes, and produce multimodal and SOAP formatted outputs. eClinicalWorks healow Genie AI was configured to be accessible on phone, tablet, and laptop devices to enable point of care and asynchronous documentation, and Sunoh.ai transcripts were used to enrich clinical notes for coders and billers. Integrations linked the AI scribe output directly into the eClinicalWorks EHR, enabling providers to lock progress notes promptly and unlocking downstream billing workflows. The implementation explicitly connected clinical documentation with billing and coding operations, with detailed transcripts assisting billers and coders to identify missing CPT and ICD codes and to accelerate claim processing. Governance and process changes included provider adoption of end of day documentation routines supported by the AI scribe, standardizing note completion and reducing documentation lag. Outcomes reported by the organization include completion of more than 1,000 visits with Sunoh.ai in 2025, providers saving more than two hours daily on documentation, accelerated billing workflows and improved revenue capture, and multilingual visit summarization from Spanish to English to support the local patient population. | |
