The deployment used the Bodet Kelio Visio X7 Time and Attendance solution in a cloud based configuration, chosen to align with the council’s server posture. The implementation focused on configurable modules for time and attendance, management of multiple schedule and flexible shift types, real time staffing monitoring, clocking reports, recording hours by work duration, holiday booking, and remote working monitoring. Operational coverage centered on managers and operational staff across Herts FullStop and the educational sites it serves, with managers running clocking reports to validate hours. No specific third party system integrations are documented, the architecture emphasis was on a cloud service model and configurable module selection following product demonstrations. Governance and rollout followed a staged adoption, with the team selecting required options after demonstrations and a learning curve during the first year, then Covid related interruption to usage. By year four to five of operation the team increased usage, managers reported reduced payment for unworked hours, and Herts FullStop reported savings in excess of A37,000 to A38,000 attributed to the Kelio solution.
