In 2023, HERW!N Belgium implemented the Tilroy POS System as its Point Of Sale backbone across its network of Kringwinkels in Flanders. The Tilroy POS System was deployed as an omnichannel point of sale and retail operations platform to centralize transactional processing, inventory control and customer recognition across multiple non profit store locations.
Deployment used a multi tenant master and subtenant model to support centralized configuration and per store operations, with inventory management and loyalty capabilities enabled to maintain unified product availability and customer profiles. Tilroy's inventory module and loyalty functionality are used to support cross store gift card handling, unified customer profiles for repeat donors and shoppers, and centralized reporting for operational visibility.
Operational scope covers HERW!N Belgium's Kringwinkels in Flanders and focuses on store operations, inventory merchandising and customer engagement workflows. Governance shifted toward centralized configuration and real time visibility, enabling much faster onboarding of new stores and consolidated reporting across the network.

In 2022 HERW!N Belgium deployed Tilroy Inventory Management to connect and manage 127 second hand and social economy stores, centralizing customer, pricing and reporting functions across the network. Tilroy Inventory Management, implemented using a master subtenant architecture, established a central tenancy for unified customer cards and pricing while provisioning individual subtenants for each store to preserve local autonomy.
The implementation used Inventory Management and POS capabilities to centralize stock visibility and enable point of sale operations, inferred from the case emphasis on visual POS and universal vouchers. Configuration focused on consolidated customer cards and universal vouchers for cross-store redemption, centralized reporting for inventory and sales, and user interfaces optimized for broad adoption by store staff.
Operational coverage included the central office and all 127 stores across HERW!N Belgium, impacting inventory control, pricing governance, customer loyalty and front line retail operations. Governance changes emphasized a central policy layer for pricing and reporting combined with local operational autonomy for store-level pricing adjustments and day to day POS activity, supporting a rollout that balances centralized control with store independence and broad user adoption.
