Operational practice also included confirmation workflows with court reporting agencies and multi-channel client communications by fax, email, and telephone, indicating PracticeMaster was used as the central coordination hub for filing and calendaring events. Governance and workflow changes centered on standardized litigation file handling, documented communication records, and explicit processes for billing attorney mail review and assistant-performed tasks. Day to day controls included calendaring confirmations for conferences, depositions, EUOs, and motions, structured status tracking for file closing, and integration-driven filing procedures that embedded Tabs3 PracticeMaster into attorney and administrative operational routines.
