Governance and documentation were formalized through BR100, MD50 and TE40 AIM deliverables that captured setups, interfaces, and runbook procedures. Functional design documents explained the operation of custom concurrent programs and supported controlled changes to month end and SCM workflows. From February 2018 to the present, a team member has been responsible for day to day ownership of SCM modules for the implemented Oracle E-Business Suite, providing configuration stewardship, support for service requests, and continued alignment of system setups with business processes.
