The Compliance dashboard provides the Company Secretary with instant access to checkpoints and action items, while HR tracking covers open positions, time to fill and band wise training completion status, creating visible accountability across functions.
Reported outcomes tied directly to the implementation include improved operational efficiencies, prevention of equipment downtime through predictive maintenance, and extension of equipment life that generated significant cost avoidance.
