In 2021 Hiperbaric implemented Documoto Cloud Library to streamline after-sales support and parts ordering for its high-pressure food-processing equipment across global markets. This Digital Asset Management deployment was intended to centralize graphical technical diagrams and make parts information available to customers and field technicians 24 7.
Hiperbaric adopted Documoto’s Cloud Library and Cloud Storefront as the core components, provisioning a cloud-hosted library of technical illustrations and a storefront for automated ordering. The implementation emphasized searchable technical diagrams and catalog-driven order workflows to reduce manual order entry and to enable online ordering directly from diagrams.
Operational scope included after-sales support, help-desk teams, field service technicians, and parts fulfillment across Hiperbaric’s international markets. Documoto Cloud Library supported both internal service workflows and external customer self-service for parts identification and purchasing.
Governance and process changes consolidated technical documentation into the cloud library and aligned parts ordering workflows with the Cloud Storefront to reduce manual processing. The case study reports that help-desk and field-service search time decreased by an estimated 10–20 percent and that automated online ordering was enabled, reducing manual order handling.
