inSales Legacy inSales Shopping Cart Management eCommerce n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, Hited Kazakhstan implemented inSales Shopping Cart Management to launch four online stores and manage a 45,000 SKU catalog. The deployment centralized storefront and catalog operations for the distribution business, enabling unified product data and channel control across B2C and B2B storefronts. Configuration centered on catalog management, abandoned cart retargeting, multi warehouse inventory features and B2B widgets. inSales was configured to support large SKU hierarchies, automated retargeting workflows for abandoned carts and multi site catalog publication to separate stores. Integration work included synchronization with 1C for ERP level product and order data flows and integration with PayMaster for online payments. Multi warehouse inventory capabilities were enabled to coordinate stock and fulfillment across storage locations, and B2B widgets were embedded to support corporate ordering workflows. Operational governance established centralized catalog stewardship and retargeting campaign processes to maintain data consistency across four stores and the 45,000 SKU catalog. The inSales implementation contributed to generating 60 percent of new customers and approximately ₽80M in annual online revenue as reported in the case.
