The deployment addressed cross-border accounting and reporting workflows, requiring documentation and communication channels to manage insurance loss and rebuilding accounting for properties in New Zealand under US and international reporting frameworks. Governance and control activities included Sarbanes-Oxley internal control testing, preparation of audit-ready financial statements and documentation for internal and external audits, and the development of compliance processes for corporate bonds and a revolving credit facility. Program artifacts and retained responsibilities documented management of accounting for approximately 6 billion dollars of debt, establishment of SOX controls for Debt and Fixed Assets accounting, and system-backed reporting used in financial statement preparation and audit support.
