Configuration work emphasized payroll approval workflows and scheduled payroll runs to align with the hotel’s weekly payment cadence and month-end close activities performed by the finance team. Operational integration touchpoints reflected the hotel’s existing application landscape, with workstreams referencing the Property Management System stack such as MEWS and Statler and finance administration tools including AFAS, as indicated in the organization’s operational requirements. These systems served as data sources for turnover reconciliation, guest billing and payroll-related inputs, creating integration points for employee cost allocation and payroll chargebacks to operational departments. Governance and process changes centered on tighter handoffs between operations, front office and finance, with the finance supervisor role coordinating monthly close tasks, VAT filings, payment runs and creditor and debtor management to align with Visma Nmbrs payroll cycles. Rollout focused on operationalizing payroll and HR workflows for hotel departments, embedding Nmbrs into the hotel’s pay cycle and month-end reporting cadence without reference to a named prior platform.
