Operational integrations emphasized handoffs to existing downstream teams rather than named system-level replacements, with completed candidate paperwork processed through to the payroll team and hiring manager coordination embedded in daily workflows. The deployment supported administrators who managed interview scheduling and paperwork preparation, and recruitment advisors who provided candidate updates and handled platform issues. Governance was formalized around consistent recruitment processes, with Recruitment Advisors providing training, advisory support, and education on the Snaphire ATS to hiring managers and administrators. SnapHire ATS therefore served as the primary Applicant Tracking System for standardized hiring processes, candidate experience workflows, and administrative routing of recruitment paperwork.

The maintenance function handled job validation and approval workflows that escalated variations beyond budget thresholds to a Maintenance Response Manager, preserving financial control for routine maintenance issuance. Governance and process changes were introduced to support divestment and asset retirement, including revised procedures to retire assets from the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management system more promptly. Those procedural changes enabled more timely asset retirement and directly improved KPI reporting for the Assets team, while the maintenance job release and claims clearance workflows sustained monthly operational issuance to contractors.
