The Heart of the Rockies Medical Center, also referenced as Salisa Hospital District in source materials, deployed Workforce Ready Time Keeping, HR, Payroll, ACA, Accruals, and InTouch terminals to centralize employee records and time capture. The implementation served HR and payroll functions for a roughly 750 employee community hospital, covering clinical and administrative staff across hospital departments. UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) became the primary Core HR repository for employee attributes, accrual rules, and payroll processing triggers. Functional configuration emphasized timekeeping rules, accrual schedules, payroll processing workflows, ACA tracking capabilities, and physical InTouch terminals for on site time capture. Governance was structured with HR retaining benefits and accrual policy configuration while payroll owned pay calculation and ACA reporting, with system workflows enforcing written approval steps for time off and exception handling. The implementation is reported to have improved both employee and patient satisfaction following deployment.
