In 2025, Hubbard-Hall implemented Datacor MES at its Waterbury, CT facility to digitize shop floor batch execution, enforce PPE and quality checks, and improve real time production visibility across manufacturing operations. Datacor MES is a Manufacturing Execution System that was provisioned to centralize batch control and provide production level visibility across the site.
Configuration emphasized batch execution workflows, in process quality checkpoints, and role based access for operators and quality teams. Operational analytics dashboards and traceability reporting were enabled to surface production status, quality events, and material lineage for manufacturing and quality functions.
The deployment was supported by Datacor alongside a concurrent WMS adoption, aligning inventory movements with shop floor batch sequencing and material issue processes. Integrations were scoped to link production orders to warehouse receipts and inventory status, with initial operational coverage focused on the Waterbury CT site and the implementation being expanded to additional Hubbard Hall locations in the US.
Governance and rollout management included standardized PPE and quality check workflows, operator training, and a phased go live approach supported by Datacor. The rollout drove improved safety, traceability, and operational analytics for the US operations and is being expanded to additional locations.
