Operational governance relied on a designated superuser who served as the go to person for receiving, payables, and software issues, and who resolved clerical inconsistencies related to tracking, invoicing, and inventory. Process changes emphasized tighter coordination between warehouse activities such as picker and forklift operations and system transactions for receipt, servicing, and transfer orchestration.
