The implementation integrated ExFlow NAV directly with Microsoft Dynamics NAV financial ledgers so vendor invoices could be validated and posted inside NAV without a separate external processing layer. Operational coverage targeted Humana’s finance and accounts payable functions that support its Swedish operations, including units delivering personal assistance and schools for disabled children. Softronic Enter AB led the rollout activities with system configuration, user onboarding and go-live support while the solution vendor remained SignUp Software AB. Governance work centered on embedding invoice approval workflows and AP processing responsibilities inside NAV to consolidate electronic invoice handling into the ERP application.
