Governance focused on embedding triggered workflows into existing CRM processes, shifting manual campaign tasks to automated decisioning within the Customer Data Platform. A/B testing conducted during rollout produced approximately 20 percent higher click rates and an average 782 percent uplift in revenue per email for personalized sends, and the implementation materially reduced manual campaign work for the CRM team.
