Campudus Developers Legacy Campudus VeloPIM Product Information Management eCommerce n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Husqvarna Bicycles Austria implemented Campudus VeloPIM as its central Product Information Management platform. The deployment aimed to build a scalable omnichannel product data ecosystem supporting product management and e commerce across Europe with multi country and multi language catalog requirements. Campudus VeloPIM was configured to centralize product master data, support variant and SKU management, enable localization and enrichment workflows, and prepare channel specific product data for web and B2B commerce consumption. Configuration work emphasized structured attribute models, media linkage and content readiness processes consistent with Product Information Management best practices. The project delivered direct integrations of product data with the company ERP, a digital asset management system, and the newly launched B2B shop and public website, enabling synchronized product updates and automated feed publication to commerce and web channels. Operational scope covered product management and e commerce teams across Europe, with the platform acting as the single source of truth for downstream channels. Governance changes introduced centralized data ownership and standardized content enrichment and localization workflows to support ongoing multi country operations. The implementation yielded centralized, higher quality product data and enabled a website and B2B shop launch within months, as delivered by Campudus Developers through the Campudus VeloPIM deployment.
