In 2018 HyperX Arena Las Vegas deployed Tripleseat PartyPay as its Payment Processing solution to centralize event billing and onsite payment capture for a single venue operations model. The deployment supported the venue team of about 60 employees and aligned with day to day event operations managed by roles including Event Coordinator and Assistant Operations Manager.
Tripleseat PartyPay was configured to manage event level invoicing, client billing, onsite card capture, refunds, and reconciliation workflows used during and after events. Configuration emphasized cashier shift reporting and deposit workflows that mirrored existing operational tasks such as completing cashier shift reports, processing deposits, and producing post event reporting.
The implementation was integrated into existing Tripleseat event management workflows and coexisted with Excel and Outlook based processes used to create event contracts and communicate with clients. Operational scope covered front of house, bar and catering operations, event staffing and finance touch points, enabling business functions from guest refunds and client billing through daily cash handling to be executed against the Tripleseat PartyPay payment ledger.
Governance and process changes included updating pre shift instructions and staff checklists to incorporate PartyPay procedures, training hourly staff on cashier and refund processes, and embedding PartyPay tasks into event manager checklists and post event reconciliation steps. The narrative reflects a venue level rollout focused on aligning payment processing with established event operations and financial handoffs.
