In 2022 Hyundai Canada began implementing CDK Timesheets for Time and Attendance across its dealer network. CDK was selected as the exclusive digital retailing partner and preferred DMS provider for approximately 200+ Canadian dealer rooftops, with initial implementation activity starting in November 2022 and a broader rollout planned for early 2023.
CDK Timesheets was configured to provide standard Time and Attendance capabilities aligned with dealer HR workflows, including time clock capture, employee hours recording, shift scheduling support, and payroll export-ready time data. Configuration work focused on dealer-level time capture and scheduling patterns typical of automotive retail operations, with system settings tailored to dealer payroll cycles and hourly labor policies.
Because the deployment is part of a dealer-wide CDK Drive and Roadster DMS rollout, integration of CDK Timesheets with dealer operational flows is inferred, positioning CDK Timesheets as the timekeeping and HR payroll interface within the CDK DMS ecosystem. Operational coverage is scoped to dealer HR and payroll functions across Hyundai Canada dealer rooftops, aligning Time and Attendance data with broader dealer operations and workforce administration.
Rollout governance was organized around a staged dealer rollout that began in November 2022 and expanded in early 2023, requiring dealer-level configuration, payroll alignment, and operational readiness checks. Hyundai Canada CDK Timesheets Time and Attendance deployment centers on standardizing timekeeping and payroll feed processes across its dealer network while maintaining dealer-specific scheduling and payroll configurations.

In 2025, Hyundai Canada deployed PBS Systems Dealer Management Software (DMS) to enable direct warranty claim submission into the Hyundai Canada dealer portal. PBS Systems Dealer Management Software (DMS) is a Dealership Management application and the deployment implemented an OEM focused integration for service and warranty workflows across Canadian retailers. The rollout used PBS v10 to create a direct submission channel from dealer service desks into the Hyundai Canada portal, announced as a first of its kind capability in Canada.
Functional configuration concentrated on warranty and service workflow capabilities inside the DMS, enabling claim creation, automated population of required fields, and electronic submission to the OEM portal. The implementation established data mapping between dealer claim fields and Hyundai Canada claim attributes and added transactional confirmation flows back into the DMS to close the processing loop. These workflow changes centralized claims handling in the PBS Systems Dealer Management Software (DMS) environment and reduced manual entry and errors.
Operational scope covered Hyundai Canada retailers and service departments nationwide, aligning dealer operations with OEM claim acceptance processes. Governance actions included updated service desk procedures and dealer training on the new warranty submission flow, with Hyundai Canada and PBS Systems coordinating the integration and announcement. The implementation focused on service and warranty business functions and on streamlining dealer to OEM claims exchange.
