In 2015, iA Auto Finance implemented Dominion LeaseComplete as its Lease Management application. Dominion LeaseComplete was deployed to support lease account lifecycle and credit assessment workflows used by the company’s Canadian operations, with day to day use by credit analysts based in Oakville Ontario.
The implementation leveraged Dominion LeaseComplete modules for customer account management, lease servicing, underwriting decision support, and funding document generation that had to comply with provincial guidelines. Configuration emphasized credit assessment workflows and document preparation for funding, reflecting the organization’s need to verify diverse income documentation and adjudicate higher complexity cases including self employed applicants.
Operationally Dominion LeaseComplete coexisted with Compass programming, with Compass used for new application intake and Dominion LeaseComplete used for ongoing customer assessments and account servicing. The deployment connected lease management activities to frontline sales and dealership relationships, enabling credit teams to work closely with sales staff and external stakeholders during application adjudication and funding processes.
Governance was centered on the credit and funding functions, with credit analysts using Dominion LeaseComplete to prepare funding documents and to support decisions that involved liaison with insolvency trustees for applicants in bankruptcy consumer proposals or credit counselling. Rollout and usage focused on standardizing underwriting and funding workflows across provincial operations while embedding LeaseComplete into dealer and sales support processes.
