The deployment targeted manufacturing and operations in the Europe region, aligning shop floor controls with global customer export requirements. The implementation explicitly included compliance handling for the Russian market. The implementation centered on Vimachem's Level 3 Serialization Site Manager SSM module, configured for real time shop floor serialization monitoring and vendor agnostic aggregation controls. Functional capabilities implemented included serialization event capture at packaging, aggregation reconciliation workflows, and monitoring dashboards for manufacturing operations. Configurations emphasized traceability at unit and batch levels consistent with Manufacturing Execution System practices. Integrations used vendor agnostic aggregation integration to interface with external packagers and downstream supply chain handlers, enabling exports and regulatory reporting workflows. The operational scope covered manufacturing, operations, and track and trace functions across Iberfar sites engaged in export activity within Europe. The solution was positioned to deliver real time serialization visibility and to support global customer serialization requirements and exports. The rollout was rapid, validated within two months, with site validation activities and serialization data governance established as part of the deployment. Governance changes included formalized aggregation reconciliation, shop floor monitoring procedures, and QA sign off gates to maintain serialization integrity. Vimachem Optimz Pharma now serves as Iberfar's Manufacturing Execution System for serialization and track and trace operations.
