In 2017 Ibis implemented Kyriba Treasury to provide a centralized platform for Treasury Management across the company. The deployment focused on institutionalizing treasury processes inside corporate finance, with Kyriba Treasury named as the primary system for cash visibility and payment orchestration within the Ibis finance organization.
Kyriba Treasury was configured to support standard treasury capabilities common to the Treasury Management category, including cash and liquidity management, bank account connectivity, payment processing workflows, cash positioning and forecasting, and treasury risk controls. Configuration emphasized automated cash sweep and statement reconciliation workflows, role based access and segregation of duties to align with enterprise finance controls.
The implementation was delivered into an application ecosystem that included professional tools listed by Ibis, such as Ingenico, OGONE, ADP-GXP, ResaWeb, Booking extranet, Webstore, Accor Shop, Trust You and Office 365. Kyriba Treasury was positioned to operate alongside these systems to consolidate cash positions and coordinate payment gateway and payroll related cash flows, with bank connectivity and file exchange capabilities aligned to the existing commercial and payment tooling.
Governance and operational rollout concentrated on central treasury and corporate finance workflows, standardizing reporting and approval pathways for payments and cash forecasting. Operational ownership rested with treasury and finance teams, with policy driven workflows and controls implemented in Kyriba Treasury to enforce approval hierarchies and auditability consistent with enterprise finance governance.
