In 2014, Icade implemented Bonita Process Mining as part of a wider adoption of the Bonita platform to introduce standardized process modeling across the group. The group’s central IT department chose the extensible open source Bonita platform to provide an open architecture tool base for all business units, with the aim of industrializing process modeling and creating an agile development factory to increase productivity. This implementation is aligned to the Process Mining category and centers on process discovery, model-driven workflow orchestration, and automation capabilities.
The Bonita Process Mining deployment was configured to support a property management first use case that encompassed four core processes, automation of site engagement with multi level validation workflows, supplier evaluation including compliance for the Know Your Supplier standards, order validation, and site closures. The configuration emphasized process modeling, workflow automation, role based validation flows, and extensibility to programmatically interact with third party systems. The project specification required a large and scalable functional scope and agile development capacity to iterate on these processes.
Icade chose Bonita Cloud to simplify process deployment, administration, and production management while retaining the same functionality and extensibility as the on premise option. The implementation targeted cross application automation to address a complex IT estate built around numerous satellite applications and multiple ERP management solutions, enabling orchestration across those systems via Bonita’s integration points. A compact delivery team including an integrating partner, RS2I, worked with business collaborators to implement and validate the initial use cases.
Governance for the rollout was organized through the central IT department, with trained employees designated as ambassadors responsible for promoting the solution across the three major activity centers that share many applications. The stated objective is to improve understanding, acceptance, and dissemination of internal procedures at the group level and to provide a foundation of common tools to accelerate automation and secure open development across the information system.

In 2021, Icade implemented Wiztrust Blockchain Platform on its public website to introduce blockchain-backed provenance for web-delivered records. The deployment positioned Wiztrust Blockchain Platform as a Blockchain Platform integrated into digital channels to support verification workflows tied to corporate communications and compliance-facing artifacts.
The implementation focused on core Blockchain Platform capabilities, including immutable ledger anchoring, cryptographic hashing for content notarization, smart contract based attestations, and an API layer to expose verification endpoints to the web front-end. Configuration emphasized an application-tier integration, with web calls issuing hash anchors and retrieving audit proofs, and with platform-side modules responsible for ledger write orchestration and proof generation.
Operational coverage was scoped to the website and associated digital document flows, aligning the technology with legal, compliance, and investor relations use cases that require verifiable records. Integration patterns followed standard web integration models, using RESTful APIs and tokenized access for programmatic verification, and retaining on-chain proof artifacts within the Wiztrust Blockchain Platform.
Governance workstreams were established around key management, role based verification privileges, and verification workflow controls to ensure consistent issuance and validation of anchors on the website. The rollout emphasized controlled operational procedures for issuing proof records and validating them through the Wiztrust Blockchain Platform, embedding the platform into Icade's digital verification and recordkeeping practices.

In 2020, Icade implemented Cisco Webex Meetings to add external-facing virtual meeting capability to its customer engagement stack. Cisco Webex Meetings was embedded on Icade's corporate website and cataloged under the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, delivering browser-based video, audio, screen sharing and scheduled meeting capabilities to site visitors.
The deployment concentrated on integrating Cisco Webex Meetings join flows and meeting scheduling into public web pages, creating a hosted conferencing layer for customer and partner interactions. Administrative controls and meeting governance were managed through the Cisco Webex Meetings administration console and standard account configuration, aligning meeting policies and access controls with Icade's corporate IT security practices.
